I live for Weekends

My company doesn’t believe in holidays, so having this three day weekend is a joy that I can not even begin to fathom. Sadly, I didn’t get out into the sun at all today since I’ve been hunched over my wacom tablet for hours, but I’ll tell that story another day.

I did make a trip over to my local comic shop today with a friend of mine and I picked up the next issue of “Truth, Justin, and the American Way”. If you get a chance, it’s really worth a read. The artwork by Giuseppe Ferrario is amazing, and if you look real close, you’ll catch lots of little gags you can easily look over.

Finally, I am pumped to hear about Scott McCloud’s 50 State Tour he’s doing. He’s promoting his new book along with giving seminars in each state! If you want to do any kind of sequential art in your life, you must read his books
